The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, claimed by various as the biggest North America music festival, is facing some issues related to trademarks and over the use of a domain name. One arch-rival and a web hosting company are on the line of fire.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is organised by a company called Golden Voice. However, another music festival based in Coachella has also come up. This concert is named Coachella Day One 22.
Golden Voice is not suing the organizers as they are protected by Sovereign Immunity. The company however is suing it’s archrival Live Nation, for selling the tickets to Coachella Day One 22. The company has also sued web hosting company Bluehost over the use of domain name CoachellaCrossroads.com.
