ENS is just growing and growing. After having a phenomenal August, the crypto domain marked its highest number of registrations ever in September.
In the month of September ENS registered 437,365 domain names. This is higher than the previous month of 301,693 registered domain names. The previous highest registration was marked in July with 378,803 domain names being registered that month.
The reason for this phenomenal growth is the company’s Merge that took place this month. With this month’s registration, the total number of .eth domain names has surpassed 2.59 million domain names.
Few days ago we had reported how Chain’s CEO acquired the domain name Patriots.eth. After partnering with the NFL team New England Patriots, CEO Deepak Thapliyal registered the domain name for 75 ETH or $99,321.75.
We haven’t received information on ENS’ revenue this month but we expect it to be the highest as well. We’d duly report it when ENS reveals the figures.
