A report by Globe Newswire stated that Blockchain World Limited (BWL) is being acquired by Midpoint Holdings Ltd. Midpoint Holdings will get all the capital of BWL. In exchange Midpoint Holdings will issue 10 million shares to existing shareholders of Blockchain World Limited. These could be monetized 6 months prior to the date of sale.
Midpoint is a UK based company. The company provides international payments and foreign exchange services. A Blockchain company’s inclusion into the company expands the functioning and possibilities of its consumer market.
